Soumac regards their quality as the greatest wealth. We track the whole production process from raw materials purchase till finished products shipment.
Materials: We select high quality imported raw material for our filters. Filter paper is mainly imported from Hollingsworth & Vose (USA), Ahlstrom Korea and Clean & Science(Korea). Fiber glass imported from Lydall(USA). In order to meet with different markets and applications, we also cooperate with our suppliers to develop out special filtration media for Samtech filters.
Testing: All raw materials must be strictly tested by us before using. As regard to filtration media testing, we will test its basis weight, air permeability, burst strength, stiffness, pore size, resin content, water repellence, fire resistance, etc. As regard to O-ring, besides the size, we also test its compress resistance and anti-high oil temperature. Samtech laboratory is designed and set up basing on national standard and also referred to S.A.E. Standard & JIS standard.
Craftwork: Paper pleat shape is very important to filter performance. Our pleating technology ensures the pleat section is vertical to the level, which avoids pleats distortion and pleats combination.

Ex-work Inspection: Before send out the filters, we have a final inspection on the filters and packing. The filter surface shall be absolutely clean, end caps and steel structures shall be lubricated, packages shall be strong enough and seaworthy.
