1.Colorful Marking 

Mopa fiber laser source. It is one special fiber laser technology, which pulse width is adjusted.

adjust laser source pulse width and frequency, so that laser generator can have different performance. This is why mopa fiber laser marker can mark color on stainless steel.

2.Fine marking on plastic

 MOPA laser is also very useful for producing high contrast marks on plastic materials. Typically, marking plastic with a fiber laser produces foaming and melting which comprimises the quality of the mark. With less heat being applied, less foaming and unintentional melting occurs and a more uniform mark is achieved.

3.Black marking on andized aluminum

The top layer of anodized aluminium is usually removed by a laser to reveal a white mark. A mark of this kind is particularly visible and clear on coloured anodized surfaces, but on natural, silver anodized aluminium, a white mark is not as clear. With a MOPA laser source, you can set very short pulse duration and so the anodized layer is not removed, simply repainted. Whilst the process of black marking is completely different from the production of reproducing colour on stainless steel, a comparable result is created.

4.EZCAD marking software

The laser marking software runs on any Windows operation system, the vector image created by AutoCad and Coreldraw could be easily imported in DXF or PLT format, the software generates barcode, 2D code, serial number, date and time data, all windows fonts are supported.
